My order showed up with the wrong item, and the one thing I actually expected wasn’t even in the box. I double-checked my confirmation just to make sure I didn’t mess something up, but it definitely doesn’t match what arrived. i’m just tired of having to chase down support every time something like this happens. I ended up contacting customer service to get it sorted out, but it was more hassle than this order should’ve been.

These treats ended up being a good size for my dog, not those tiny ones that disappear in one second, but not oversized either. I kind of just judged by the photos when ordering, which is my usual shortcut, and luckily it worked out. My dog chews them without any trouble and they don’t leave crumbs everywhere. I do wish the listing had a bit more clear size info, though.

I was expecting the ingredient information to be a bit easier to find and understand. The product seems fine, but I wish the ingredients were listed more clearly so I could feel more confident about what I’m getting

The tracking info showed up late, because apparently keeping me in suspense was part of the experience. But hey, the package did arrive, so I guess we got there in the end.

Bottom line: I’d definitely get these again. The treats seemed really fresh, and my dog was into them right away. He liked them a lot, which is all I needed to know

I really like these treats because they feel like a healthier choice, i think our pets deserve food that’s actually good for them. My dog enjoys them, and they’ve been really easy on his stomach, which gives me peace of mind. It just feels better giving him something I can trust.

I bought these treats to give as a gift, but for some reason the packaging looked really plain, and when I opened it up, about half the cookies were broken. It was a little embarrassing to hand over, so I wouldn’t really choose these as a gift again.

I might be a little biased because slow refunds really get under my skin, but this return was such a headache. It felt like it took forever just to get through the process, and my refund still hasn’t shown up. I was expecting it to be much smoother.

Maybe I’m being suspicious, but it almost feels like they don’t really want you messing with the schedule too much. It’s not a dealbreaker, just not as easy as it could be. I’d say it’s fine if you plan to keep the same order going most of the time.
